1. การลงทุนในหน่วยลงทุนมิใช่การฝากเงิน และมีความเสี่ยงของการลงทุน ผู้ลงทุนอาจได้รับเงินลงทุนคืนมากกว่าหรือน้อยกว่าเงินที่ท่านลงทุนเริ่มแรก หรืออาจไม่ได้รับชำระเงินค่าขายคืนหน่วยลงทุนในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ดังนั้น ก่อนตัดสินใจลงทุนผู้ลงทุนควรศึกษาข้อมูลของกองทุนรวมในหนังสือชี้ชวนให้เข้าใจโดยเฉพาะความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ และนโยบายการลงทุนของแต่ละกองทุน และเลือกลงทุนในกองทุนรวมที่ท่านยอมรับความเสี่ยงและเหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์การลงทุนของท่าน

2. ในกรณีกองทุนรวมที่มีนโยบายลงทุนในต่างประเทศ และไม่ได้มีการป้องกันความเสี่ยงอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเต็มจำนวน ผู้ลงทุนอาจจะขาดทุนหรือได้รับกำไรจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน หรือได้รับเงินคืนต่ำกว่าเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรกได้

3. การวัดผลการดำเนินงานของกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพได้จัดทำขึ้นตามมาตรฐานการวัดผลการดำเนินงานของกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพของสมาคมบริษัทจัดการลงทุน ผลการดำเนินงานในอดีตของกองทุนมิได้เป็นสิ่งยืนยันถึงผลการดำเนินงานในอนาคต

4. บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) อาจลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์หรือทรัพย์สินอื่นเพื่อบริษัทจัดการเช่นเดียวกันกับที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์หรือทรัพย์สินอื่นเพื่อกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ โดย บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) จะจัดให้มีระบบงานที่ป้องกันความความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์เพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรมต่อลูกค้าตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. กำหนด ทั้งนี้ ลูกค้าสามารถขอตรวจสอบข้อมูลการลงทุนเพื่อบริษัทจัดการได้ที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) และสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต.

5. ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจดูแนวทางการใช้สิทธิออกเสียงของบริษัทจัดการในที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นในนามกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และรายงานการดำเนินการใช้สิทธิออกเสียงดังกล่าวได้ที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) (https://www.eastspring.co.th)

6. บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ปรากฏบนโมบายแอปพลิเคชันนี้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตล่วงหน้าจาก บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ห้ามผู้ใดเผยแพร่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวต่อสาธารณชน ไม่ว่าจะด้วยวิธีการใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน การอ้างอิงข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์นี้ต้องกระทำโดยถูกต้อง ชัดแจ้ง และไม่เป็นการก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดหรือก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) หรือบุคคลอื่น ทั้งนี้ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการนำข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่ปรากฏบนโมบายแอปพลิเคชันนี้ไปใช้หรืออ้างอิงในทุกกรณี

7. การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงโปรแกรมการคำนวณอัตราการเปลี่ยนแปลงมูลค่าหน่วยลงทุนบนโมบายแอปพลิเคชันนี้ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ได้จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนเท่านั้น โดยที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ได้ใช้ความพยายามโดยสุจริตเพื่อให้ข้อมูลและผลการคำนวณต่าง ๆ ถูกต้องมากที่สุด อย่างไรก็ดี ข้อมูลที่นำเสนออาจมีความผิดพลาด ซึ่งอาจเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้หรืออาจเกิดขึ้นจากสาเหตุอื่นโดยที่มิได้เป็นเจตนาของ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ดังนั้น บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) จะไม่รับรองถึงความถูกต้องแท้จริงและความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลที่ปรากฏดังกล่าวไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

8. บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ไม่รับรองว่าโมบายแอปพลิเคชันหรือระบบการทำงานที่ปรากฏอยู่จะไม่มีข้อขัดข้องหรือไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด รวมทั้งไม่รับรองเกี่ยวกับการใช้หรือผลของการใช้ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ บนโมบายแอปพลิเคชันนี้ ทั้งในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับความถูกต้อง ความน่าเชื่อถือ หรือเรื่องอื่น ๆ ดังนั้น บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการใช้หรือผลของการใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น ผู้ที่จะใช้ข้อมูลจึงควรพิจารณาด้วยความรอบคอบ

9. บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข ปรับปรุง หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใด ๆ บนโมบายแอปพลิเคชันนี้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าแต่อย่างใด

10. ผู้สมัครใช้บริการ Eastspring M Choice ของ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) จะต้องมีบัญชีกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพกับ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) แล้วเท่านั้น

11. ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องเก็บรักษารหัสผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านของตนเอง หรือที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ออกให้เป็นความลับ และผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับว่า บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) จะไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น ในกรณีที่บุคคลที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าของรหัสและรหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้บริการ ทำรายการใด ๆ ผ่านบริการทางอินเตอร์เน็ตของ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย)

12. ในการใช้บริการทางอินเตอร์เน็ตนี้ ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องใช้รหัสผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านของตนเองซึ่ง บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ได้มอบให้ หรือรหัสผ่านที่ผู้ใช้บริการได้เป็นผู้กำหนดหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นเองในระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตดังกล่าวเท่านั้น

13. กรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการลาออกจากกองทุนแล้ว ผู้ใช้บริการจะยังสามารถดูข้อมูลของตนเองได้ภายใน 30 วันหลังจากวันที่ลาออกเท่านั้น โดย บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานระบบหลังจากระยะเวลาดังกล่าว

14. ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการต้องการทราบข้อมูลหรือขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม หรือมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการลงทุน ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถติดต่อได้ที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย)

15 ในกรณีที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) เปิดให้มีบริการเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการทำรายการผ่านระบบ Eastspring M Choice บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการกำหนดให้ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะใช้บริการดังกล่าวต้องกรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มเพื่อสมัครใช้บริการเพิ่มเติมตามเงื่อนไขและวิธีการที่ บลจ.อีสท์สปริง (ประเทศไทย) กำหนด

1. Investments in unit trusts differ from cash deposits and contain investment risks. The unitholder's investment may amount to more or less than the initial sum invested or proceeds from a redemption may not be paid within the time specified. Before making an investment decision, investors should examine details of the fund from the fund prospectus, specially to understand the various risks involved and the investment objectives of each fund. It is advisable to invest in the fund which is compatible with your risk preferences and matches your own investment goals.

2. For a fund with an objective to invest abroad and is not fully hedged against foreign exchange risks, the investor may incur a loss or gain from exchange rate movements or end up with less than the original invested amount.

3. Performance measurements of Provident Funds are conducted according to the fund performance measure standards applicable to Provident Funds established by the Association of Investment Management Companies. Note that a fund's past performance does not necessarily guarantee its future performance.

4. EASTSPRING itself may invest the company's own cash in securities or assets in a similar manner to investments in securities or assets made by Provident Funds under its management. In doing so, EASTSPRING enforces operating procedures to prevent conflicts of interests to ensure fairness to unitholders and adhere to SEC guidelines. Investors may examine the investments made by EASTSPRING's own accounts, either at EASTSPRING or at the SEC.

5. Investors may examine proxy voting decisions made by the investment management company on behalf of the Provident Fund at shareholder meetings and reports of proxy votes made, at EASTSPRING (https://www.eastspring.co.th)

6. EASTSPRING reserves the right to all contents on this mobile application unless prior permission was granted by EASTSPRING. No one should disseminate the aforementioned information publicly, regardless of method, either in part or in full. References to the contents of the mobile application must be made appropriately and clearly whereas it must not cause misinterpretation or damage to EASTSPRING or any other person(s). In all cases, EASTSPRING shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the use or reference of the information appeared on this mobile application.

7. The intention of information publicity on this mobile application, including the changes in NAV figures calculation program, is for the convenience of investors only. Despite the company’s efforts in good faith to ensure the accuracy of all information and calculations, the discrepancies may still exist in the presented information resulting from the erroneous in the used information or any other unintentional circumstances. EASTSPRING, therefore, does not guarantee the validity and completeness of information provided, regardless of any case or circumstance.

8. EASTSPRING does not guarantee that the mobile application or its functional features appeared therein will operate smoothly or will be error free. Furthermore, EASTSPRING does not guarantee either the use or the outcome from the use of contents appeared on this mobile application, regardless of accuracy, integrity, or any other concerns. Since EASTSPRING does not guarantee the completeness or validity of information provided, the users should carefully consider the contents by themselves before using.

9. EASTSPRING reserves the right to amend, update, or modify information provided on this mobile application without prior notice.

10. The applicants of the Eastspring M Choice service of EASTSPRING must already have a Provident Fund Account with EASTSPRING.

11. Users must secure their username and password that were made by themselves or issued by EASTSPRING. The users also acknowledge that EASTSPRING shall not be responsible, under all circumstances, in case any person other than the username and password owner conducts any transactions on the mobile application of EASTSPRING.

12. Users must access the mobile application by using only their own username and password which were either issued by EASTSPRING or subsequently chosen or modified on the internet by the users themselves.

13. A user who is no longer a member of any Provident Fund may continue accessing his/her own account up to 30 days after the termination of membership. After such period, EASTSPRING reserves the right to restrict access.

14. Users may contact EASTSPRING in order to request additional information or documents or make inquiries regarding investments.

15 In case EASTSPRING launches any additional services through the Eastspring M Choice mobile application, EASTSPRING reserves the right to request users who wish to use such services to fill out an additional application form under the terms and conditions to be specified by EASTSPRING.
